职责描述： 1. Cooperate with training and talent development activities at all levels within company; 配合完善公司内部各级培训及人才发展活动； 2. Carry out daily communication, planning, organization of training programs at all levels within company, and prepare relevant training materials; 实施公司内部各级培训项目的沟通、策划、日常管理及相关资料的整理； 3. Responsible for information communication activities with the Group and publicity within DJCH; 负责与总部相关信息沟通活动以及其在中华区的宣传事宜； 4. Maintain company's public account, such as internal info collection, write and release articles Ｏn activities; Participate in planning and implementation of corporate culture-related activities; 维护公司公众号运行、内部资料搜集、活动报道编写及发布；参与公司企业文化相关活动的策划实施； 5. Finish other work assigned by leaders. 完成上司交待的其它工作。任职要求： 1. Bachelor’s degree, majors Ｏn management, language, human resources or related is preferred; 本科学历，管理类、语言类、人力资源等相关专业优先； 2.Two years or more manufacturing enterprise training experience, familiar with training process, with talent development, internal curriculum development experience is preferred; 二年及以上制造行业培训经验，熟悉培训流程，具备人才发展、内部课程开发经验者优先； 3. Skilled at information collection, integration and article editing, with strong writing and publicity planning ability, excellent photography skills are preferred; 善于信息采集、整合和文字编辑，具有较强的写作和宣传策划能力，具备摄影功底尤佳； 4. Proficient in Office software, with experience of PS image editing, video editing. 能熟练使用Office、有操作PS、视频编辑软件相关经验； 5. Strong work initiative, good at communication, with standard mandarin and excellent English language skills. 工作主动性强，善于沟通，普通话标准，英语听说读写能力良好。
